Upcoming Cardio Tennis Programmes

The Cardio Tennis program involves a variety of drills and games that are designed to get your heart rate up and improve your tennis skills at the same time. Our certified Cardio Tennis instructor is Connor, our experience tennis coach, who guides the class through a series of dynamic warm-up exercises, cardio workouts, and cool-down activities with a lot of fun.

Cardio Tennis is a great way to improve your overall fitness, burn calories, and have fun while playing tennis. It is also a social activity that allows you to meet new people and connect with others who share your love of tennis and fitness.

At Tennis South Canterbury, Cardio Tennis is all about creating a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Our sessions are designed to get you moving, improve your fitness, and help you enjoy tennis in a relaxed, social setting.

Getting Started
  • No experience needed, Cardio Tennis is open to all skill levels.

  • Simply register online or get in touch to join a session.

  • You can start anytime if spaces are available.

What to Bring
  • A tennis racquet (we may have some available if needed).

  • Sports shoes and comfortable activewear.

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • A towel, you’ll likely need it!

What to expect
  • Fast-paced sessions with music, movement, and simple tennis drills.

  • A great cardio workout in a fun, social group environment.

  • Rotations and activities to keep everyone involved.

  • Plenty of encouragement, no pressure, just participation.
